Acceptance of terms

By ordering from or using mater.24k-runtime.com you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

Operator / seller

The MATÉR website and brand are operated by Manditale Co., Ltd., 741/87 Moo 7, Soi Ban Don Udom, Mak Khaeng, Mueang Udon Thani, Udon Thani. Tax invoices and receipts are issued in the company’s name.

Made-to-order goods

Every piece is handmade to order in our Bangkok studio, taking approximately 6–8 weeks from order confirmation (payment/deposit received).

Solid timber and natural stone vary in grain, colour and texture — this is inherent to the material and is not a defect.

Prices & tax

All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and exclude VAT; 7% VAT is added in the cart / at checkout. A tax invoice / receipt is issued on request.

Orders & payment

We accept PromptPay, credit/debit card and mobile banking via our processor Omise.

You may pay in full or a 50% deposit. An order is confirmed once we receive your payment/deposit.

For a 50% deposit, the remaining balance must be paid in full before shipping.

Cancellation & refunds

As goods are made to order, cancellation, return and refund terms are governed by our Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy.

Delivery & installation

Delivery areas, fees and installation are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Intellectual property

Shop drawings, images, designs and site content are the property of MATÉR. Technical drawings shown to customers are provided solely in connection with an order and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.

Limitation of liability

We take full care over craftsmanship. Our liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where the law provides otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
