Delivery areas

We provide white-glove delivery and installation across Bangkok and its vicinity. Nationwide delivery is available.

Delivery fees

We deliver nationwide. Delivery and installation are complimentary within Bangkok and its vicinity; other areas are charged by actual distance, quoted before you confirm your order.

Timing & scheduling

Pieces are made to order, taking approximately 6–8 weeks. As your piece nears completion we will contact you via LINE @manditale to schedule delivery.

For a 50% deposit, the remaining balance must be paid in full before shipping.

Installation & placement

Our team will carry in and place the piece where you want it. Please check access (doorways, lifts, stairs) and tell us of any constraints in advance.

Inspection on delivery

Please inspect your piece on delivery. If you find transit damage or the item is not as ordered, notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can put it right.

Delays

Handmade work can occasionally be delayed (e.g. materials, weather). If the schedule changes we will let you know in advance.
