How long does a made-to-order table take?
Every table is handmade to order in our Bangkok studio. Allow approximately 6–8 weeks from order confirmation to delivery.
What is it made of, and how many finishes?
Every table is made from 100% solid ash, offered in nine finishes from our catalogue, with an optional natural-stone top available on request.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Standard lengths are 160 / 180 / 200 / 220 cm (W 90, H 75), and we make bespoke pieces to your dimensions. Message us on LINE @manditale to discuss sizing and pricing.
Do you deliver outside Bangkok, and what does it cost?
We deliver nationwide. Delivery and installation are complimentary within Bangkok and its vicinity; other areas are charged by actual distance, quoted before you confirm your order.
How can I pay?
We accept bank transfer and credit card, with instalment promotions subject to your bank’s terms.
Is there a warranty?
The solid-wood structure and assembly are guaranteed for one year.
Can I see the pieces in person at the studio?
Yes — our studio is in the Sathon area of Bangkok, open for viewings and design consultations by appointment, Monday–Sunday, 09:00–18:00.
What is the return / exchange policy?
All pieces are custom-made, so returns and refunds are not available except in the case of damage from our production or delivery.
